Starscream's original alternate mode in Transformers (1984) was an F-15 Eagle jet, but this was revised to a F-22 Raptor (in real life, the Air Force has planned to replace the F-15 with the F-22). He was also given small bird-like feet to be able to appropriately transform and perform his feats throughout the film.
