"Piacere Girolamo Trombetta" is a joke that was popular among young kids in Italy. It literally translates into "Nice to meet you, [my name is] Girolamo Small Trombone". The joke consists in grabbing another kid's hand as in a handshake and move it forward and backward as if it was the hand-slide of a trombone.
