There is no record that Anne temporarily fell out of favor with Henry Tudor because she got Henry involved in a hunting accident, which caused her family to push her sister Mary forward as potential mistress. Anne and Mary were both installed at court as ladies-in-waiting for Queen Catherine, and the king at one point developed an interest in Mary (possibly because of her promiscuous reputation, which is quite contrary to how the movie portrays her). It is true that Anne was temporarily removed from court following a clandestine relationship with a nobleman, and that she attracted the king's attention upon her return, which may have caused Mary to ultimately fall out of the king's favor.
