(at around 32 mins) Garrett Morris, who portrays a cab driver in the film, appeared as Ant-Man in the Il Saturday Night Live: Margot Kidder/The Chieftains (1979) sketch, which was the first live-action appearance of the hero. In the sketch Ant-Man was at a cocktail party for super heroes who kidded him for having a really lame superpower. The readership of the comic books was somewhat limited by a similar perception by the public. Scott Lang's son also kidded him for the same reason.
