Prior to developing the Flash, Danny Bilson and Paul De Meo pitched a television series called Unlimited Powers which would have featured an older Flash trying to raise a resistance in a dystopian future where super villains rule from the shadows and superheroes are outlawed. Characters would have included Green Arrow, Green Arrow's daughter, Wally West (former Kid Flash), Dr. Occult, Blok, Icicle, Catwoman, Mirror Master, and the Prankster.
