Robin and Catwoman disguise themselves as prison inspectors when they go to Gotham State Penitentiary. Among the supervillains they recruit to defeat Batman include Clock King, False Face, Mad Hatter, King Tut, Minstrel, Louie the Lilac, Black Widow, Mr. Freeze, Bookworm, Egghead, Siren, Shame, Sandman and Archer. Interestingly, those not present from the original show include Puzzler, Ma Parker, Zelda the Great, Marsha, Queen of Diamonds, Olga, Queen of the Cossacks and Killer Moth. As the film is a continuation of the TV show, a comic launched by DC Comics called Batman '66 included Scarecrow, Killer Croc, Bane, Clayface, Solomon Grundy, Poison Ivy and Ra's al Ghul. These villains were not included, however.
