While all the other main characters in the film die, it is unknown what happens to Lily It is widely believed though that a flaming object that comes rolling into the view of Rob's Camera is Lily's helicopter, but a "Special Effects" featurette on the Cloverfield DVD reveals it is a truck (or military vehicle). One thing that suggests she might have died is that Lily has not logged back into her MySpace account. She has this in common with Hud and Marlena, who both unquestionably died, and Rob and Beth, who probably died. (Note that the real-life MySpace accounts for fictional characters are part of a marketing campaign; and no one is obligated to take publicity into account.) Later Rob lists the persons he saw killed by the monster--Marlena, Jason and Hud. He doesn't mention Lily, which at least suggests that he believes she's alive.
