This is only the second film in the series where a Predator kills a woman, when he stabs a female scientist in the heart with his claws and uses her body as a shield against bullets during his escape from the lab. The first time was in Aliens vs. Predator Requiem (2007), when Wolf's shuriken pins Jessie to the wall, bisecting her at the waist (though it was accidental).
