The hand-written portion under the description section reads "CUSTOM LEATHER." The "C" in "Custom" is written in a way that could be seen as an "L." If you freeze-frame that moment, it looks like it says "Lust." This is a nod to one of Doe's next crimes he will commit pertaining to the 7 deadly sins.
