The film "The Bridges of Toko-San" mentioned by Rex Blau and Jack Holden is based on the real film I ponti di Toko Ri (1954) which starred the real life inspiration for Jack Holden, William Holden and Grace Kelly, to whom Jack Holden repeatedly compares Alana. Almost all of the lines he says to her at Tail 'o the Cock are lines from I ponti di Toko Ri (1954).
