During the fight at the C.I.A. between Moses (Willis) and Cooper, (Karl Urban) Moses grabs Cooper's C.I.A. pass card. It happens so fast, that the movie viewer could miss it. Cooper goes to use the card and figures out that Frank took it.. The scene quickly moves to Frank using the card to get through a door. Later, when Cooper goes to his home to check on his family, he finds the pass card, and the infamous "list" of people targeted to be killed, along with the Guatemala file.
