When Frank (Willis) Joe, (Morgan Freeman), Marvin (Malkovich) and Sarah (Mary Louise Parker) arrive at a stately home and property called Eagles Nest, where Victoria (Helen Mirren) lives, Joe introduces Victoria to Sarah, calling her, ......"a true artist (as a hired killer) with an RPN." So as a Registered Practical Nurse, she is able to remove the bullet from Frank's right shoulder.
