(at around 46 mins) Psychologist Dr. Robin S. Rosenberg commended this movie for portraying the psychological concept of "exposure" in the scene where Bruce Wayne is in a cave surrounded by bats. He first becomes scared and panicky and slowly calms down, and afterwards, his fear of bats is gone.
