Tommy Lee Jones and Will Smith who star in this movie have and went on to play comic book characters. Jones who plays Agent Kay in the movie previously played Harvey Dent/Two-Face in Batman Forever (1995) and went on 14 years later to play Colonel Chester Phillips in Captain America: The First Avenger. Smith, who plays Jay in this film went on 19 years later to play Deadshot in Suicide Squad (2016).
