There are many scenes that take place away from Quaid, mostly involving villains chasing after him. While this makes perfect sense to the audience, it does not make sense if the entire movie is a memory implant since he would not be able to remember things where he wasn't present. This could be seen as evidence that the events of the movie are "real" and not a memory implant.
