Just like she did with the nude scenes Selene was supposed to have in first two films, Kate Beckinsale demanded for all the nudity she would have in this film to be removed or changed from the scripts. This probably explains why in the film Selene finds her outfit immediately after waking up, and why was her scripted fight scene inside Antigen cryo-lab after she wakes up dropped. Based on some storyboards and notes, instead of Eve, some mutated Lycan monster was supposed to crash Selene's cryo tank during a rampage inside the lab, and Selene would then be stalked by it while she was nude and weakened, although at least in the storyboards it seems like camera angles wouldn't show anything too graphic.
