The release date was changed from 27th March to 24th March, however there was a nationwide lock-down that was announced on 22nd March, 2020, following all theaters across the nation were closed. The film suffered losses due to multiplexes shutdown and the film announced to be released in single screen theaters on April 30, 2021.
