Michael Fassbender and Lance Henriksen are the only actors to reprise their roles as androids ('David' and 'Bishop' respectively) aside from playing another different character in the same film. Fassbender played both David and Walter in Alien: Covenant (2017), and Henriksen played both Bishop and Michael Bishop Weyland in Alien³ (1992).
