On the Blu-ray, in the Behind the Scenes featurette for this movie, Bryce Dallas Howard (Claire) revealed that she thought her character was going to die stating, "after reading the script, was just worried the whole time that the character was gonna die. Oh, gosh! Oh, gosh, she's gonna die! Okay, she survived that time. All right. Oh, no, she's gonna die!'" She further elaborated and hopes her character won't die in the final movie, which will close out the trilogy.
