Foreshadowing: In Hill House: Steven Sees a Ghost (2018) when Hugh (Henry Thomas) is checking on his children after Nell (Violet McGraw) sees the Bent-Neck Lady, he walks into Shirley's (Lulu Wilson) room while she is talking in her sleep saying "Dancing in the Red Room." It is later revealed in Hill House: Silence Lay Steadily (2018) that the Red Room was the stomach of the house and would change to fit the desires of whoever was using it to slowly consume them. Theo (Mckenna Grace) sees the room as her own dancing room/studio.
