Lucille Ball appeared on Carol Burnett's Variety Shows; and Carol appeared on Lucy's sitcoms and specials over the years also. Both of them appeared on the Dinah Shore talk show in the late 1970s, and Carol Burnett admitted that Lucy has given her alot of work over the years when no one else would hire her.
