Randhir Kapoor and brother Rishi Kapoor had a major falling out with Kasme Vaade's writers, Mirza Brothers. Randhir would go on to call them "2 bit writers". Randhir Kapoor and Rishi Kapoor bumped into the Mirza brothers at producer Ravi Malhotra's office. Rishi was angry at them for not taking Rahul Rawail's side in the Love Story fiasco that happened. The Mirza Brothers took Rajendra Kumar's side once Rajendra Kumar dropped Rahul Rawail from the film and took away the credit. Rishi was angry at this as they were the ones who got the Mirza brothers the film Love Story. A fight broke out between Rishi and Mahrukh. But later, cooler heads prevailed and Rishi and the Mirza brothers patched up things.
