When Daisy Ridley was later asked if she either loved the Porgs from this film or "Baby Yoda" from The Mandalorian (2019), she said that she loved Baby Yoda. She reasoned that during the many interviews she did for this film, she was frequently asked about the Porgs and grew tired of it.
