The Boy Scouts of America (now Scouting USA) is very protective of their name being used in film and television, and therefore movies generally call it by a different name (Wilderness Explorers, Camp Scouts, etc.). During the episode with the storm, a young Hugh says that he was a "Life Scout". While this is likely an adaptation of the 'Boy Scout' name, for legal reasons, "Life Scout" is in fact the penultimate rank in Scouting, just below "Eagle Scout".
