The series spawned a huge and strong Brazilian fandom. In 2013, was re-aired by SBT in Brazil (following an intense fan requesting on Twitter) under the tag line of "Original" ("Original One"), in response to Rede Record's "Rebelde". However, Rebelde Way (2002) is the actual original version, that never aired in the country.
