An incident prompts a set of experts to have an emergency meeting, only to be ambushed and realize that they are the primary target and that the initial incident was just a diversion to get them all in one place. This plotline was used previously in Doctor Who: Aliens of London (2005). Noel Clarke appeared in both productions.
