Interestingly, Star Trek II - L'ira di Khan (1982) begins on Admiral Kirk's birthday, which about a decade after the film was made was established to be March 22, the same date as actor William Shatner's birthday. In 2285, March 22 will be Easter Sunday. In fact, 2285 is the next time that Easter falls on March 22, and the previous time was in 1818. March 22 is the rarest date that Easter can occur on. While it could not have been intended by the producers, it is fascinating that a film that centers around a man who gave up his life to save others, and would later rise from the dead, is set on Easter.
