In Guardiani della Galassia (2014) a cocoon is seen in the Collector's collection. Many fans have speculated this cocoon contained Adam Warlock, who is a member of The Guardians in the comics. James Gunn has since stated the Collector's cocoon does not contain the character, as seen in this film when Adam is revealed in the post-credits sequence.
