As of the ending of Episode VIII, of all the characters who have fought lightsaber duels in the Star Wars live-action movies, the only ones who have never been defeated onscreen are Mace Windu and Rey; all others, including powerful Force users like Yoda, Obi-Wan, Anakin, Luke, Dooku and Sidious, have been defeated at least once (although there is some debate about whether Sidious' temporary defeat by Windu was a deliberate ploy by Sidious).
