One scene focuses extensively on Judy Garland's Oscar nomination (and subsequent loss) as Best Actress for "A Star Is Born" in 1954 with only a brief mention of the juvenile Oscar she won for "The Wizard of Oz" (1939). No mention or reference is made to her second Oscar nomination as Best Supporting Actress. However, the segment set in 1961 mentions her leaving for England to make a movie which is likely "Judgment at Nuremberg" which was filmed in England and is the film for which she was nominated for. Neither the film or her nomination are ever mentioned but the loss of this Oscar is likely to have contributed to her subsequent decline throughout the 1960's up to her death in 1969.
