Before the film premiered, Director Kidlat Tahimik ( Eric de Guia) mentioned his involvement with the project. He jokingly stated that the running time given to each segment is short and would only suffice for a Lav Diaz opening shot. Diaz, who also shot a segment, is known for his films with long running times.
