When Harry and Voldemort meet in the Dark Forest, as described in the book, Harry must let Voldemort kill him so that the "horcrux Voldemort never intended to make" is also killed. The text is very clear that Harry must not make any attempt to defend himself and must keep his wand in a pocket out of reach of the horcrux, for the same reason. In the movie scene Harry has his wand in his right hand thus nullifying that plot point.
