In one scene Michelle and Jim do a S&M role-playing where Michelle is dressed as a dominatrix and Jim is a submissive. Shannon Elizabeth who appears in this film and the first two American Pie movies also appeared in the 2001 comedy film Tomcats that includes a scene with a dominatrix.
