In the making of featurette on the Scream Factory blu ray release, Erika Eleniak admits there were scenes not shot in which it explains Katherine was a former porn star named Chubbie O'Toole. The Chubbie O'Toole poster is found by Katherine in Rafe's office: this explains the line about Rafe thinking he recognized her from somewhere as he had the porn movie she was in.
