This movie used a shooting and projection frame rate of forty-eight frames per second, becoming the first theatrical movie with a wide release to do so. The new projection rate was advertised as "High Frame Rate" to the general public. However, the majority of theaters projected the movie at the industry standard twenty-four frames per second, after the film was converted.
