Despite playing the protagonist, Scout Taylor-Compton wasn't the top-billed cast. Instead, the top billing went to Malcolm McDowell (Dr. Samuel Loomis) and Rob Zombie's very own wife, Sheri Moon Zombie (Deborah Myers).
