(at around 47 mins) During a scene in the lab, Ajax suggests sewing up Wade's mouth to shut him up. To this, Wade replies "Oh, I wouldn't do that if I were you." This is a reference to X-Men: le origini - Wolverine (2009) where Wade Wilson's mouth is sewn shut. Which drew the ire of comic book fans everywhere, including Ryan Reynolds himself.
