Sir Sean Connery, who played James Bond in six EON Productions movies (as well as the unofficial non-EON Productions movie Never Say Never Again (1983)), played Indiana's father Henry Jones, Sr. in Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (1989), John Rhys-Davies, who played General Pushkin in The Living Daylights (1987), played Sallah in Raiders of the Lost Ark (1981) and Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (1989), Julian Glover, who played Aristotle Kristatos in For Your Eyes Only (1981), played Walter Donovan in Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (1989), and Alison Doody, who played Jenny Flex in A View To a Kill (1985), played Elsa Schneider in Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (1989). Byrne played Nazi Colonel Ernst Vogel in Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (1989), and though his appearance was merely a cameo in this movie, his character was unnamed.
