The name of one of the show's directors, George Waggner, is often listed in the credits as George WaGGner, with the GG capitalized. The letter G just happens to be the seventh letter of the alphabet, so GG = 77. As Waggner never gave any explanation for the oddity of the double uppercase GG, this reason is an assumption in he not being able to resist creating a hidden riddle for sharp-eyed viewers to solve.
