Through the first seasons, there are many references to Harm's father flying off the USS Ticonderoga and being lost on Christmas Eve 1969. Also, that Bob Hope was aboard. This was a complete failure of the producers to properly check this out. The information was freely available that Tico was not there at the time. In fact, it was USS Ranger that was there, along with two others, and hosted Bob Hope on Christmas Eve 1969. It also gives Bob a completely wrong troop.
