Although Marty McFly comments that his son "looks just like him", there is one notable difference between the two (aside from a faulty jacket sleeve and a white t-shirt): Marty McFly, Jr. has brown eyes, whereas his father doesn't (this can be seen most clearly in the scene with Griff in the Cafe 80's).
