The Extended Collector's Edition DVD/Blu-Ray set has a collection of deleted scenes. The last one, titled "New Life", shows Neytiri pregnant. It also shows the starship Venture Star leaving Pandora. The music score heard in this short deleted scene is a snippet from the track "Civilisations Brought By Sea" from the soundtrack of the 2006 movie "Apocalypto". That movie also features a plot about native warriors encountering an advanced civilization and James Horner, the composer for "Avatar", also scored that film.
