Static's costume on this TV series was different than the one he wore in the comics. In the series, Static's costume was a white mask, a white shirt with a black lightning bolt and circle symbol on it, black pants, a purple coat with a yellow underside, yellow goggles, originally black and white boots and later gray boots. This is different from the comics, where he wore a blue leotard with yellow wrist gauntlets, a baseball cap and usually a yellow jacket.
