Constance McCashin had both real-life pregnancies in each of the storylines. First, it was during the end credits of California: Daniel (1982), where an image is shown of her, with her real-life son, Daniel Weisman, who was born five months, before her on-screen baby Daniel, and second, in California: Parental Guidance (1987), where she gave birth to a baby girl, who was born only two months, before her on-screen baby Marguerite (known as Meg).
