When asked about Kong's age, Adam Wingard revealed that Kong is roughly a century or a little more over that but biologically he's the equivalent of someone in their mid forties. Screenwriter Max Borenstein said probably a few hundred years, and Wingard further added that the instability of Skull Island made him age more but since he is no longer on the island, he will not age as fast and may even rejuvenate in the Hollow Earth.
