When Bond arrives at the spa, he is driving a Bentley convertible. This is easily seen when the valet pulls his suitcase from the backseat, and the flying B is on the hood. This is a tribute to the original Ian Fleming novels, where James Bond drove a Bentley convertible, not an Aston-Martin. He is shown driving a Bentley in the beginning of From Russia with Love (1963) before meeting Q, who gives him the Aston Martin DB5.
