This is the first Pixar film since Toy Story - Il mondo dei giocattoli (1995) and Gli Incredibili - Una 'normale' famiglia di supereroi (2004) to not use a reframed 4:3 version of the film (mostly due to Disney abandoning fullscreen DVDs). As a result, it only uses the pan-and-scan technique which has been used in their films since then and was only used on US TV broadcasts at the time and many VCD releases in India, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia and Turkey.
