Following the success of the movie's first wide-release trailer featuring the song "Bohemian Rhapsody" by Queen, its editors, Trailer Park, Inc., were invited to produce a cut of the movie. Their new music-heavy version was tested against director David Ayer's own cut, which was created after massive reshoots. Ayer claimed that contrary to the popular belief that test audiences favored the Trailer Park Inc. cut, neither version was a clear winner. The theatrically released version of the movie actually incorporates parts from each version that tested best during screenings.
