At one point, when Bruce puts on a shirt as he goes to talk to Alfred, his bare back is shown for a few seconds. His back is shown to have many cuts and bruises that are in varying stages of healing. In a later scene where he's trying to put together clues of The Riddler's puzzles after Alfred was almost killed by a bomb sent by The Riddler that was meant for him (Bruce), he is shown shirtless and has some bruises on his chest. Similarly, in the uncensored version of the 2018 DC Black Label three-issue comic series, "Batman: Damned", Bruce Wayne was shown to have many cuts and bruises that are in varying stages of healing all over his body. In the first issue, there's a moment where Bruce strips naked in the Batcave so that the Bat Computer could scan his body to see if he has any serious injuries that he doesn't know about.
