Unused concept art showed the warbat with a shocking new ability that was not seen in the film. The art was posted on Kaiju News Outlets twitter account and showcases the titan with an electric tail. Concept artist Concept artist Matt Millard posted some of his early designs for the creature on twitter in mid-April. He stated "the idea was it could tuck it's arms up to slither as well as crawl on its giant talons as well as fly"
